Bon Mott

Bon Mott is a performance and spatial practice artist defining the intangible though embodying the ghost of singer/songwriter, Bon Scott. The intention of being the ghost of Bon Scott is to illustrate; we are not our bodies, we are energy.

The ghost is summonsed through layering choreography, sculpture, film, photography, light, wind, vocals and sound effects. These layers create a perpetual dreamlike journey derived from the energy in between. Just as the lightning bolt hovers between AC/DC logo, the ghost hovers between the state of energy between life and death.[4]

Bon Mott, emancipates herself from the confines of the common perception of the body, through physical expressionism and performing as energy. The exploration of energy as a transmitter of other the worldly, the in between of here and beyond, combining the ghost within human reality, technology, space and time.
