Tom Goldner

Tom Goldner (b.1984) is an Australian artist, curator and creative director residing on Wurundjeri Country in Victoria, Australia.

Goldner’s creative practice is positioned within the expanded documentary genre of photography. Rather than considering photography as a ‘record of truth’, his projects utilise an experimental, collaborative and multidisciplinary approach to storytelling. Throughout his projects, animals and other-than-human life act as entry points into the complex and layered ways in which we relate to, and attempt to control the environment.
